At FluffCo, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all our bedding and decor. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide easy returns and exchanges to ensure your comfort comes first.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
